Latent global devastation.

An invisible threat, it's just the start.
Slow at first, the colony expands,
Breaking down organic material,
Providing the fuel the machines demand.

Replication, slowly creeping,
All consuming, always feeding.
Exponential duplication,
Mechanical augmentation.

There is no halting this plague of machines.
Grey swarm of death will envelop the globe.
All primal matter consumed and repurposed
Killing all life and destroying all hope.

As the mass grows larger, so does it's hunger
The heat it emits scorches land, sea and sky.
Each part of the swam, creating another in turn.
In almost an instant, all things on the planet will die.

Crushing, burning, ripping, tearing.
Avalanching, overbearing.
Exponential duplication,
Mechanical augmentation.
